His mission as a designer has always been to create out of every project an elegant atmosphere, with useful spaces according to the needs of every single person, having the exact combination of creative energy and technical skills to bring to life the spaces in his imagination and also to suggest details in the existing atmospheres. The vision and creativity are key values to exceed the standards of any goal to fulfill.
Since 2006, Gerardo has developed important both residential and commercial projects in cities such as Tijuana, Los Cabos, Guadalajara, Mazatlán, Culiacán, Ensenada and Mexico City, making his way in the interior design world and the projection of architectural spaces.
Gerardo Olivas was born in Tijuana and moved to Mexico City to attend Universidad Anáhuac, graduating in Industrial Design in 1999 and obtaining a major in packaging design a year after. He excelled during his working experience in this latter field winning the Envase Estelar award from Asociación Mexicana de Envase y Embalaje (Mexican Association of Packaging) in the year 2000.
